Group equipment
In the described techniques and ideas for games, various articles are needed, the so-called group materials. Br>
Everyone expects these group materials in good condition in the warehouse, ready for use when they are required.
Reality is often that the items are dumped after use. which in turn results in, irritation and bad quality in stock.
To improve this way of dealing with group materials we promote a closed warehouse and material management.
The material manager lends group materials to its own members and makes sure all items get returned. He/She checks the quality and organises, where
necessary, repair or maintenance.
At sherpaz, material managers from scouting can manage their own site-part in which this way of working has been streamlined into a digital, application
and processing of the material flow. If you are interested in this way of working then click
here to see the sample site. (currently only in Dutch

Sherpaz
The name Sherpaz comes from combining two hobbies of the founder. Firstly, Sherpa's are, in Holland, female scouts in the age of 15 untill 19.
secondly, a Sherpa is a companion on expeditions in the Himalayas. Initially, the name was used for commercial purposes: rental of sports, games,
camping equipment and organizing activities with these articles. br>
Currently Sherpaz is only meant as a knowledge provider for scouts.
