Conditions
Sherpaz is a knowledge base for scouting and scout groups. It can allso be used to assist in
equipment management. Of course some conditions are connected to the various forms of this website.
1. - General provisions (regular visitors)
The entire contents of the website is owned by Sherpaz.
It is every visitor allowed to use images and texts to disseminate knowledge as long as no
financial gain it is intended. Republication in print, websites or in other forms are for this reason on-demand.
The contents of this site are not to confer rights on. Sherpaz assumes no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations
of online data available.
2. - Personal information
To various shielded parts of the site, registration is required. This data will be verified whether,
user-entered data is correct, before password access is granted.
The entries will be treated as confidentially and according to data protection laws, not transferred
to third parties. Also this information will "not" be used to stimulate email traffic, other than answering a question from a user.
3. - Other information
Any information in form of text or images uploaded to sherpaz have been stripped of copy wright and thus released to
Sherpaz for republication. By these means it falls autamatically under 1. - General provisions.
3.a. Uploading immoral or illegal goods will be handled according to Dutch criminal law.
3.b. Sending spam, advertisements or other impermissible data, addressed to email addresses obtained
through a sherpaz page, will at least result in deletion of your account.
4. - Scout Group parts
4.a. The area appointed to a scout group (part sites) are hosted by Sherpaz and are designed to be displayed with a different graphic
occur.
4.b. A Part site can only be requested by scout group and will not be charged.
4.c. Interior parts scout group
After application, see material management, it is possible to display, or use, www.sherpaz.nl in different ways.
Way 01. Fully
A Scout group gets, after receiving the request, their own www.sherpaz-webadres assigned. In this area they can customize this part of the site, so colours
and data is according to their own scout group site, and it can be integrated. The content has to be chosen: (only English or Dutch)
a. Display Techniques, Games and or Vocal bundle.
b. Use the online equipment management system.
c. Display your sponsors as in the example-site
Way 02. Partly
The contents of the scout group web part contains a selection of the items as listed under way 01.
4.d. Responsibilities
Sherpaz takes no responsibility for the accuracy of, data as displayed.
As Sherpaz is a hobby, all possible effort will be made to keep these pages up and running. A guarantee can not be given.
